Who is Faith + Funnels For? (And Who It's Not)

Who is Faith + Funnels For? (And Who It's Not)

Aug 01, 2025

When I first felt the nudge to start Faith + Funnels, I wasn’t thinking about algorithms, automation, or perfectly color-coded calendars. I was thinking about women.

Women like you.

Women like me.

Women who believe in something greater — who want to build a life that reflects their faith, their values, and their calling… but who also need to make a living.

Women who’ve whispered prayers over bills, who’ve stayed up late watching another free tutorial, who’ve opened a blank Canva design with hope in one hand and overwhelm in the other.

Faith + Funnels was born out of that tension — between purpose and practicality, calling and cash flow, surrender and strategy.

So let’s get honest today: Who is this space really for?

It's for the woman who wants more — but not just more money.

She wants meaning.

She wants to use her voice.

She wants to help others.

She wants to know what she’s building matters in the Kingdom, not just the marketplace.

Yes, she wants to earn online. But she refuses to do it by compromising her faith or her integrity. She’s done with the hype. She’s ready for something real.

She’s the woman who might have three tabs open right now — one for her Bible, one for Pinterest, and one for an email list she’s scared to actually start.

If that’s you… you’re in the right place.

I’ve also walked away from the noise — and the nonsense.

I didn’t set out to be part of online income generation that felt sleazy or deceptive.

I got into that world out of desperation.

After my husband died, everything changed.

I was trying to hold it all together — emotionally, financially, spiritually. I was raising my daughter on my own, grieving the love of my life, and facing bills that didn’t care how broken I felt.

So, when I stumbled across a business model that promised quick results and income from home, I thought, 'Maybe this is it.'

But over time, I started to see the cracks.

To succeed, you had to push hard — not just yourself, but people. You had to hype things up, use tactics that played on fear or scarcity, and promote products you wouldn’t recommend to a friend. It was all about clicks and conversions… not care.

And I remember sitting there one night, exhausted and uneasy, praying,

“Lord, this isn’t who I am. Show me a way to build that honours You. A way that helps others — without compromising what I believe.”

That prayer became the beginning of Faith + Funnels.

I wanted to help good-hearted, faith-led women build honest businesses — ones that focus on value, not just sales. Ones that use ethical marketing, not manipulation. Ones where your story and your integrity are your greatest assets.

If you’ve ever felt that tension…

If you’ve ever tried to make ends meet but felt your soul fraying in the process…

If you’ve ever wondered if it’s even possible to build a business with both strategy and sincerity…

I want you to know:

You’re not alone. And yes — it is possible.

You don’t have to choose between success and integrity.

You can have both, with God at the centre.

That’s who this space is for — women who’ve walked through fire and are now ready to build with faith, wisdom, and heart.

Faith-led women who are ready to rise — without selling out.

It's for the woman who's been faithful — but feels forgotten.

She’s served.

She’s prayed.

She’s raised kids, worked jobs, supported others.

And now she hears this whisper: It’s your time to build.

She may be starting from scratch, unsure of what niche to choose or what to say online. She might be terrified of tech. She might be battling self-doubt, wondering if anyone will listen.

But deep down, she knows God hasn’t brought her this far to leave her here.

She knows there’s more.

She doesn’t want to hustle herself into burnout — she wants to walk in step with the Spirit, even in her business.

That’s who Faith + Funnels is for.

It's for the woman who needs to keep things simple.

Not because she’s simple. But because life is full.

She might be a solo parent, a caregiver, juggling a job, or walking through grief. She doesn’t have time to waste on strategies that require a full production team or a 10-hour-a-day commitment.

She needs clarity.

She needs encouragement.

And she needs a way to build a business that fits around her real life — not one that consumes it.

Faith + Funnels meets her where she is, offering practical tools and heart-centered truth, without guilt, overwhelm, or unrealistic expectations.

And who is it not for?

This space won’t be for everyone — and that’s okay.

It’s not for the person looking to get rich quick.

There are a hundred other places that will promise that. But we’re here to build slow, faithful, purpose-led businesses that serve others and glorify God. That takes time. And trust.

It’s not for the one who wants copy-paste success without heart.

Templates are great (and yes, we use them!), but the true power comes from your story, your gifts, your walk with God. If you’re only here to grab the latest viral hack and move on, this probably isn’t your community.

It’s not for those uncomfortable with faith woven into business.

I talk about Jesus here. I pray over funnels. I believe God cares just as much about your launch strategy as your quiet time — because it’s all sacred when done with the right heart.

So if that makes someone roll their eyes? That’s okay.

They’re not meant to be here. But you are.

Why it matters to define this

Because knowing who you’re called to serve is one of the most important parts of any business.

Faith + Funnels is built for Christian women who feel called to create income and impact online — not by sacrificing their values, but by standing in them.

This blog, this business, this community — it’s a place for learning, yes. But more than that, it’s a place for belonging. For blooming. For building with boldness and faith.

So if your heart has been aching for something more — not just to survive, but to thrive in a way that honors God…

Welcome home.

You belong here.

Stay Blessed,

Deborah 💛

Mini Devotional

📖 Bible Verse

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3 (ESV)

Devotional Thought

So often, we carry our dreams like burdens. We obsess over the right strategy, the perfect content plan, the next viral post. But what if the first — and most powerful — business move you could make… was surrender?

Proverbs 16:3 isn’t about passivity. It’s about priority.

When we commit our work to the Lord — not just in name, but in practice — something shifts. We’re no longer striving alone. We’re partnering with the One who gave us the vision in the first place.

Your business doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Your voice doesn’t have to match the trends.

But your work, when committed to Him, will not be wasted.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, thank You for calling me to build something meaningful. Help me commit not just to the outcomes, but to the everyday actions as well, to You. Remind me that I’m not behind, not too late, not disqualified. You are the One who establishes my steps. May I walk in faith, build with courage, and trust You with every detail.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
