Hi, I’m Deborah De Williams.

Like many women I now serve, I’ve faced what felt like impossible circumstances.

I know the ache of lying awake with a knot in your stomach — the kind that doesn’t go away when you pray, budget harder, or try to stay positive.

It’s fear.

The kind that whispers, “What if I can’t provide for my child?”

There was a winter I remember so clearly…
When I had to choose between feeding my daughter and heating our home.
When the bills were stacking up, the job rejections kept coming, and I felt like I was disappearing beneath the weight of grief, pressure, and shame.

I know that fear — because I’ve lived it.

In 2016, after a long battle with infertility, my husband Glyn and I welcomed our miracle baby girl. But within a year, our world was shattered. Glyn was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away not long after.

I became a widowed mum at 48.

And shortly before my 50th birthday — I lost my job too.

I was devastated.
I was almost broke.
And I was utterly alone.

One night, after tucking my little girl into bed, I fell to my knees. I sobbed, prayed, and whispered the kind of prayer that isn’t pretty — it’s desperate.

“God… I don’t know how to do this.”

And then I opened a browser tab and typed the words: “How to make money online.”

I figured maybe God and Google could meet me halfway.
